Planning fees are based on the length and complexity of your trip, number of travelers, destinations, and level of support involved. Once we know what you have in mind, we’ll provide your exact fee before the planning begins.

How far in advance should I reach out?
Six to nine months is ideal for most international trips. For honeymoons, milestone travel, and peak seasons, we recommend starting nine to twelve months ahead.
What happens after I inquire?
We’ll review your trip and, if it feels like a fit, schedule a complimentary consultation. Afterward, you’ll receive our recommended service, planning fee, and next steps.
Do you charge a planning fee?
Yes. Planning fees begin at $450 and vary depending on the length, complexity, and level of support your trip requires. Hotel-only bookings, however, are often complimentary if booked through one of our preferred partners.
Can you help if I’ve already started planning?
Absolutely. Tell us what you’ve already booked when you inquire and we’ll determine where we can step in and what still needs our attention.
